The images that Eastman owns and can share with dealers are visible on the portal for use in your marketing materials. Images used in marketing materials that are not on the portal, Eastman does not have the right to share with dealers. Also do not copy images from Eastman websites. If you do not see an image that meets your needs you can purchase images from a stock photography site like www.istockphoto.com.
Payment methods for orders include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please check to ensure you entered your credit card number, expiration date, billing name and address exactly as it is on your credit card statement. Please contact your credit card company with any further questions.
Orders only ship within the United States and Canada. We do not ship or bill orders to other international locations.
Shipping charges are additional and will be added to the total amount of your order.
Standard Shipping: Orders will arrive within 3-5 days via standard UPS Ground service. Express shipping services are available at an increased cost. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Express shipping: Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST can be shipped the same day pending credit card authorization. Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 48 hours.
All orders should arrive with a packing slip. Please confirm that all the information on the packing slip is consistent with the materials in the box. Also make note of any damage to the box should you find a discrepancy.
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. To return, please include original packing slip and circle the item(s) that you are returning. For a return, we will credit the card used to place the order. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package. Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD deliveries. We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
